Accessing Online Services — Practical support helping residents access and navigate online-only services such as council portals, healthcare platforms, benefits systems, housing services, and community resources.

Online Safety & Digital Confidence — A confidence-building programme covering online safety, scams awareness, password management, privacy, and safe digital habits — delivered in a calm, accessible, non-technical way.

Communication & Social Connection — Support for staying connected through email, video calls, messaging apps, and online communities, helping reduce isolation and increase digital independence.

Everyday Digital Tasks — Hands-on support for real-world digital tasks such as online shopping, managing accounts, booking appointments, using apps, and understanding digital paperwork.

Progression & Tailored Support — Flexible progression support for individuals who need additional help, refresher sessions, or tailored 1-to-1 guidance based on their specific needs and confidence levels.
